Lightly dusted then pan seared boneless breast of chicken sautéed with bell peppers, banana peppers, and onions in a rich and flavorful Italian gravy with a splash of red wine, served over creamy mashed potatoes.

Lightly dusted, and pan seared pork cutlets. Served with steamed broccoli florets, and sweet potato puree. Finished with Galaxy apple cider-Ohio maple butter sauce.
